Certified Membership: Quarterly billing. Certified Plus Membership: Quarterly billing. No refunds are available after the three-day right of rescission (ROR). After the ROR period, cancellations are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of services provided.

Members are responsible for creating and managing their listings. All listings must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as laws governing international business practices where applicable. LNG Delivery Directory does not verify the accuracy of listings or guarantee any specific outcomes, including leads or sales.

8. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms, the Services, or your use of the platform will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
